Job Description
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Double Blacks & IRD will assist in overseeing daily operations and service excellence within our Double Blacks, our elevated coffee shop experience, and the In-Room Dining outlet.

Requirements

  • Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams.
  • Support food and beverage initiatives
  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues
