Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and service excellence in the Double Blacks and In-Room Dining outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams.
Support food and beverage initiatives
Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues
