Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and service excellence in the Double Blacks and In-Room Dining outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams.
  • Support food and beverage initiatives
  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues
