Role OverviewThe Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Double Blacks & IRD will assist in overseeing daily operations and service excellence within our Double Blacks, our elevated coffee shop experience, and the In-Room Dining outlet. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across both outlets.
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams, support food and beverage initiatives, collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings, foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
- Strong organizational skills
