Job Description
Join the dynamic team at the Grand Hyatt Washington as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Manage the day-to-day operation of restaurants, in-room dining, and the Grand Club lounge, and oversee the high quality of service provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in food and beverage cost control is a plus.
Requirements
Leading a busy restaurant run similar to a free-standing location
Scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Coordinating special events
Managing F&B operations and maintaining high quality of service
