The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in food and beverage cost control is a plus.

Requirements

  • Leading a busy restaurant run similar to a free-standing location
  • Scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Coordinating special events
