Job Description
Join the Grand Hyatt Washington as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to manage day-to-day operations of restaurants, in-room dining, and the Grand Club lounge. Lead a busy restaurant team and oversee high-quality service while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with federal and local laws.
Requirements
Must have a caring leadership style and strong communication and analytical skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience preferred
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
