Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a busy restaurant environment
  • Food and Beverage cost control experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
