Join the Grand Hyatt Washington team as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of restaurants, in-room dining, and the Grand Club lounge. Assist in scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with laws and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of POS systems
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and team playing skills
