Role OverviewJoin the team at Alila Napa Valley, a Forbes 4-Star luxury resort, as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. This role supports the daily operation of all front-of-house dining areas with a focus on coaching and elevating the luxury guest experience.
What You Will Do
Support all F&B outlets, coach the front-of-house team, lead pre-shift huddles, and ensure seamless service flow. Assist with onboarding, training, and certification of new colleagues, and support ordering and inventory processes.

Requirements
- 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications preferred
