Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
  • Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service in luxury hospitality environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations; food handling certifications (e.g., ServSafe) a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
