Job Description
We are seeking colleagues who can uphold and enrich a culture that embraces great design and superlative service. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage areas within the resort.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service in luxury hospitality environments.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations; food handling certifications (e.g., ServSafe) a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment strongly preferred.
