Piper restaurant is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food and beverage areas within The Seabird Resort in Oceanside, CA. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, and training, as well as coordinating special events.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Food and Beverage cost control experience helpful
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
