Job Description
Responsible for daily operation of Food & Beverage outlets, managing food & beverage product inventories, and training staff. Ensures resident, member, guest and employee satisfaction with daily operation and communication of challenges and possible solutions to the F&B Manager.

Requirements

  • Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Managing day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
  • Assisting F&B management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
  • Maintaining the POS system and ensuring F&B payroll is complete and accurate
  • Assisting F&B Manager with updating menus, specials and other F&B collateral and event advertising
