We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting and training, as well as coordinating special events and monitoring financial transactions and budget adherence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • Team player and a dynamic leader
  • Previous experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage
  • Previous luxury brand experience
  • Previous experience with managing in a union environment
