Job Description
Join our amazing team at Hyatt Regency Morristown and oversee food and beverage areas, including Banquets, Market and Lounge. Assist in managing daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. Must have strong communication and analytical skills, food and beverage cost control experience is helpful.

Requirements

  • Assistant Food and Beverage Manager role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader.
  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred.
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
