Job Description
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist overseeing the food and beverage areas within the hotel, including scheduling, forecasting, and training, as well as maintaining alcohol PAR levels and ordering. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Food & Beverage management and/or supervision, preferably banquets
  • Knowledge: Background in wine and beverage service (preferred)
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to a flexible work schedule
  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and commitment to being a supportive team player
  • Leadership: Energy, vision, and the ability to inspire others as a dynamic leader
