Role OverviewThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, events, in-room dining, and other service areas. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, strong colleague engagement, and consistent service standards.
What You Will Do
Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, support the Food & Beverage leadership team, maintain a visible floor presence, lead and coach food and beverage colleagues, and monitor guest service and cleanliness.
