Role Overview

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will help lead culinary and beverage operations with intention, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Miraval's commitment to wellbeing, connection, and excellence. You will support daily operations of various food and beverage outlets, inspiring your team and upholding service standards.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day operations, support the guest journey, empower your team, be present during service, collaborate with events and banquets teams, uphold standards, engage in continuous learning, and respond with care to guest feedback.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, especially within luxury, spa, or resort environments
  • Motivational leadership with exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and experience with barista and coffee bar operations
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
