Join the Grand Hyatt DFW team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, supporting daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining. The ideal candidate is a service-driven leader with strong restaurant, bar, and in-room dining experience.

What You Will Do

Assist in managing daily food and beverage outlet operations, support banquet operations, maintain a visible leadership presence, lead and coach food and beverage colleagues, and respond to guest concerns.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage supervisory or management experience
• Experience in restaurant, bar, and/or in-room dining operations
• Previous hotel food and beverage experience
• Banquet or event service experience
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead colleagues in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
• Knowledge of restaurant service, bar operations, in-room dining, responsible alcohol service, and hotel operations
• Basic understanding of labor management, inventory, cost control, revenue awareness, and daily operational reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with culinary, stewarding, rooms, banquets, and hotel operations teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting business needs
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and applicable local regulations
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, payroll systems, property management systems, and Microsoft Office
