Role OverviewThe Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as all operating procedures. This person will also coordinate special events at the hotel and oversee daily operations, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, and training, monitoring financial transactions and budget adherence, handling customer complaints and feedback, and monitoring food and beverage cost control. This person will also lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred

- Previous experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage strongly preferred
- Previous luxury brand experience preferred
- Previous experience with managing in a union environment strongly preferred
