Role OverviewThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist in effectively managing all aspects of Food & Beverage for Gulfport Sportsplex and managed properties. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all our guests.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include preparing menus and displays, consistently checking inventory and making necessary orders, assisting with catering orders, preparing court side cafe when needed, and supervising part-time team members.

Requirements
- Safe Serve Certification or similar certification
- CPR and First Aid Certified preferred
