Role OverviewThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist in effectively managing all aspects of Food & Beverage for Gulfport Sportsplex and managed properties. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all our guests.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include preparing menus and displays, consistently checking inventory and making necessary orders, assisting with catering orders, preparing court side cafe when needed, and maintaining clean and functioning kitchens throughout the facility.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the food service industry, be able to work productively with a wide variety of ages, and have outstanding organizational skills.
Requirements
- Safe Serve Certification or similar certification
- CPR and First Aid Certified preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work productively with a wide variety of ages
- Flexible work schedule and regular attendance
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
