Role OverviewThe Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel.

Requirements
- Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
