Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and market.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality, and implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
