Job Description
Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and leadership of our food and beverage team at Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, and Blue Mojito Bar.
Requirements
Supervise and lead the colleagues and shifts at Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, and Blue Mojito Bar.
Oversee or assist with banquet operations, ensuring smooth and seamless service during events.
Perform weekly payroll duties accurately and in a timely manner.
Create the weekly schedule and work within our payroll system to post and ensure an accurate payroll
Coach, train, and onboard new team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service standards.
Deliver colleague training for service skills and F&B knowledge.
Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory and ordering.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest feedback or concerns.
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and other department leaders to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.
