Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous progressive hotel food and beverage experience
  • Prefer 2 years of prior supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
