Job Description
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, responsible for scheduling, forecasting, training, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, with food and beverage cost control experience a plus.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years in F&B Management position
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with flexible work schedule
Be a team player and a dynamic leader
Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights
Commitment to follow food safety protocols
Must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in CA
