Job Description
Piper restaurant is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food and beverage areas at The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, and training, as well as coordinating special events and ensuring compliance with laws and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in F&B Management position
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • Team player and dynamic leader
  • Full availability each week including weekends, holidays, and overnights
