Job Description
Assistant Food Service Operations Manager responsible for implementing operational systems, processes, and policies, and providing a seamless guest experience. Assists in season planning, financial forecasts, and staff training.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership skills
Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
Financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills
Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs)
