Role OverviewWe are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our team in Bowie, MD. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
What You Will Do
Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent, at least two years’ experience in a supervisory role, at least two years’ foodservice experience, proven track record of financial responsibility, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills.
