Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the front office staff, staffing needs, and guest services at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. This role involves training, staff development, and scheduling, as well as assisting in overseeing multiple areas in the Rooms Division.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computers and systems.
  • Successful problem solving skills.
  • Excellent overall communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
