Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and guest-focused operation of the Front Office, providing oversight of guest services, front desk operations, colleague performance, cash handling procedures, and daily logistics.
Requirements
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of one year previous Front Office supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of front office systems and procedures; Hyatt experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
