Role OverviewThe Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for short and long-term planning and management of the hotel's front office operations, including budgeting, labor cost planning, and guest room inventory management.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as coaching and counseling employees, maintaining guest room inventory, and analyzing and resolving guest complaints.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive management experience with the Rooms Division
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree a plus!
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit
