Role OverviewThe Assistant Front Office Manager assists in overseeing front office operations, supervising front office personnel, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves overseeing front office operations, monitoring guest satisfaction scores, and working towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. The Assistant Front Office Manager also assists in monitoring front office financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting controls and procedures, and developing and implementing department-wide budgets and forecasts.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Assistant Front Office Manager include interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. The role also involves reviewing correspondence from guests and incident logs, directing staff according to information obtained, and ensuring front office supplies and merchandise are fully stocked and inventory is maintained.
