Job Description
Cheyenne Mountain Resort is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and provide exceptional guest experience. The role involves delegation of tasks, supervision of staff, and training and development. Must have at least 2 years progressive management experience in Rooms Division and a hotel/hospitality degree is an asset.

Requirements

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in efficiently managing the department
  • Delegation of tasks and supervision of all front office colleagues
  • Handling guest complaints and internal customer complaints and enquiries
  • Colleague training, development and performance management
  • Ensuring all colleagues deliver the brand promise and provide excellent service
