Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager will supervise procedural aspects of the hotel's front office, ensure guest and employee needs are met, and perform front desk agent duties as necessary. They will also assist with training, coaching, and development of team members, and maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years front-desk supervisory or lead experience in hospitality or hotels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service or guest relations experience
  • Basic negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
