What You Will Do
Assist with garden maintenance, learn proper plant care techniques, operate and maintain garden tools and equipment, participate in seasonal cleanups, and support senior gardeners during landscape projects.

Requirements
- Interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape maintenance
- Basic plant identification knowledge preferred
- Fine gardening or landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, dig, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed direction
