Role OverviewWe are seeking a practical, business-minded real estate attorney to lead the legal work supporting our commercial lease portfolio. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will own real estate matters from negotiation through ongoing portfolio management while partnering closely with company leadership, our real estate broker, outside counsel, and project-management teams.
What You Will Do
Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial leases, subleases, amendments, and related real estate agreements. Partner with company leadership, our real estate broker, outside counsel, and project-management teams to move transactions forward efficiently.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- 3-5 years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases and related agreements.
