Job Description
We are a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, and we're seeking an Assistant General Counsel - IP to protect and utilize our intellectual property. As a member of our team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and manage our IP portfolios, advise on intellectual property matters, and support transactional and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate
  • Registered with the USPTO
  • Member of the California bar or eligible to be a California Registered In-House Counsel (RIHC)
  • At least 12 years of experience in intellectual property
  • Strong engineering or physical sciences background
  • Excellent communications, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
