Role OverviewThis role focuses on ensuring the organization's business activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards. The position is responsible for providing strategic legal advice for the Health System on labor and employment matters, including its hospitals, agencies, and physician organizations.
What You Will Do
Provide legal advice and counsel to members of the medical, professional, and administrative staff on matters affecting the operation of the Health System. Represent the Health System and its affiliates on various legal matters in court and at hearings before administrative review boards and federal, state, and municipal governmental regulatory bodies.

Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Three (3) years of experience in labor and employment law, either in a law firm setting, in-house setting, or combination of both
