Job Description
The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to serve as a legal expert and report to the General Counsel/Deputy Commissioner for TLC. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing litigation, and advising on rulemaking and administrative law matters.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
  • Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
  • Must remain Members of the New York State Bar in good standing for the duration of this employment
