Role OverviewThe Assistant General Counsel will work on legal matters for Tishman, review and negotiate contracts, and identify risks. The role requires advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The incumbent will work independently while functioning well in a team environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include working on legal matters, reviewing and negotiating contracts, identifying risks, and providing counsel on collateral matters. The Assistant General Counsel will also manage external counsel, work with Human Resources and Analysts, and lead negotiations between Tishman and its clients.
