The Assistant General Counsel will provide legal advice and support on general corporate matters, commercial contracts, M&A, and labor & employment. They will also manage intellectual property and oversee litigation and dispute matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 5-10 years of legal experience
  • Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and M&A
  • Meaningful, hands-on experience with labor and employment matters
