Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and overall store performance. The AGM helps train employees, participates in in-store tasks, and contributes to sales growth by executing operational standards and achieving KPIs.
What You Will Do
Open and/or close the store, maintain store cleanliness, oversee cash and credit card procedures, order and receive inventory, assist with hiring and onboarding, lead by example, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
- Ability to stand for extended periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, and climb stairs
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
