Key responsibilities include opening/closing the store, overseeing cash handling, managing inventory, recruiting and scheduling team members, leading by example, and creating a positive guest experience.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Basic math skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
