Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager helps the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly. This position provides an opportunity for entry-level managers to learn important management skills and practice judgment and discretion skills.
What You Will Do
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and clearly communicating business objectives. They must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager and motivate and positively influence staff.

Requirements
- 2 years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
