Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of managing Kassi Beach House, creating an extraordinary dining experience by leading a team of passionate individuals who exceed guests' experiences.
What You Will Do
Assist the General Manager with interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling, and disciplining restaurant team members, maintaining communication with all departments to ensure customer service needs are exceeded, and achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- Communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Valid Food Handling Safety Certification & Alcohol Training Certification
- 5 years' management experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge
