Role OverviewThe role is part of a development program to prepare for both Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Certified Training Lead (CTL) roles. The AGM will learn to lead day-to-day operations, develop team members, and support the General Manager. The CTL will focus on developing others and creating consistency throughout the store.
What You Will Do
As an AGM, responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, coaching and developing team members, monitoring store metrics, and assisting with inventory counts. As a CTL, responsibilities include training new team members, benchmarking team members, and certifying team members.
