Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-energy KFC's restaurant, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close.
What You Will Do
You will partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure food quality standards are met, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Requirements
- Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of cost control, scheduling, and daily operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
