Role OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key role in coordinating office activities, supporting staff, assisting with client relations, and helping drive efficiency across the branch. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to ensure consistent service delivery, workflow alignment, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Assist in onboarding, training, and developing new hires, monitor performance expectations, and provide coaching as directed by the GM. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-functioning office environment. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day staff questions, needs, and escalations.

Requirements
- Active Florida CAM (LCAM) license preferred; required within a designated timeframe if not currently held.
- 2–4 years of experience in community association management, office leadership, or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Florida HOA/COA statutes preferred.
Benefits
