Job Description
The Assistant General Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the General Manager, with primary responsibility for the strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of all Food & Beverage operations. This individual will champion a culture of anticipatory service, culinary excellence, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every member and guest interaction reflects the club’s commitment to distinction and personalized hospitality.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or resort environments.
Demonstrated success leading high-end Food & Beverage operations with a focus on member satisfaction and experience curation.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive strategic outcomes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams within a service-centric culture.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a refined, fast-paced setting.
Required Certifications: Food Safety & Sanitation, Alcohol Awareness Certification
